Hugo is an accomplished and recognised chef with a wealth of experience in corporate and private hospitality.

For the last 20 years Hugo has been a co-owner and director of London based catering and events company Alistair Hugo. Before the pandemic they were leading change in the corporate catering space by delivering freshly made seasonal menus to high-end business clients across the capital.

We are proud to say Hugo is now working with LP taking a proactive role working with Chris in all aspects of food quality and innovation. He is assisting with the creative food direction of the company,  developing talent and retaining a team of well-trained staff.

Hugo’s experience in corporate consumer trends for healthy, seasonal, dietary, and quality ingredients brings great strength to LP. Hugo is a safe pair of hands with knowledge and understanding of every part of the catering process.

His passion for using seasonal British ingredients, and drive for food sustainability makes Hugo a perfect fit with Chris and Richard.

Hugo’s proven track record in building positive relationships with small producers who specialise in provenance and sustainable practices that can be tracked from ‘field to fork’ is at the core of what LP is all about.
